The NBI Bearings application ingineering team together with the Tecnun faculty, gave a class on basic knowledge on bearings plus a practical exercise in order to support the subject of Machine Elements taught on the 4th year of the Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

NBI Bearings Europe at the Bilbao Engineering School of the UPV/EHU
On the 4th of May, the application engineering department of NBI Bearings; together with the Bilbao School of Engineering, a faculty belonging to the UPV/EHU; gave several talks on basic knowledge of bearings to the students that are taking the Degree in Industrial Technology Engineering, as part of the subject ‘Machine Elements’, and to students that are taking the Degree in Mechanical Engineering, under the subject of ‘Machine Design.’

Final validation of serial production in the Oquendo (Álava – Spain) manufacturing plant
Within the internal NBI homologation process, the spherical roller bearings (SRB) manufactured in the new plant in Oquendo (Álava – Spain) have been subjected to severe continuous operation tests for more than 9 months.
