One of the key points of NBI is the management and attraction of new talents.
At NBI Industrial Elorrio (new corporate identify of the union of Egikor and Industrias Beta) we received the visit of students of the higher cycle of “Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing” from the Miguel Altuna training school in Bergara (Gipuzkoa – Spain).
In addition to having a guided tour of facilities, the students had the opportunity to learn about the operation of stamping and “die-cutting” machines, laboratories and see the assembly of products made in the stamping plant that the NBI group has located in Elorrio (Spain).
With these types of activities, NBI aims to get closer to young talents so they get to be familiar with our business group and get closer to the real world of work, and make decisions that can positively affect their professional careers.
