On March 7, Grupo NBI formalized the definitive agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Industrias Beta.
The activity of this company is focused on supplying the lifting, electric and automotive sectors with metal parts obtained through stamping (a technology known and dominated by the Grupo NBI).
The technical office and manufacturing plant are located in Bizkaia, with registered office in Elorrio (Bizkaia-España).
The incorporation of Industrias Beta is an important milestone for NBI. In addition to the leap that it represents, both in revenues and in EBITDA, it makes it possible to increase production in the electric, lifting and automotive sectors, allowing greater consolidation in the market by the Group.
This operation is part of the measures aimed at meeting the objectives set out in the new strategic plan prepared by NBI.
