Whistleblowing Channel User Guide
The Whistleblowing Channel allows the communication of actual or potential breaches of the Code of Conduct, the Compliance System, or the law.
Reports may take the form of complaints, if they describe events that have already occurred, or queries, if they raise concerns about possible future breaches.
All communications are managed in accordance with Law 2/2023 and Directive (EU) 2019/1937.
