This led to the launch of an ambitious transformation and modernization plan, with the aim of becoming a customer-oriented company and doubling the installed capacity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Objective to reach an OEE 70% (current 58%)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Upgrading and retrofittng of almost all existing facilities<\/li>\n<li>New building (2,800 m2) to separate the casting area from the machining area<\/li>\n<li>Increase the number of injection cells to 22, we currently have 13. New melting furnace.<\/li>\n<li>Reinforcement of the management and technical teams with the incorporation of 6 new people from Romania and another 6 ifrom Spain, adding to the knowledge of the historical team.<\/li>\n<li>Master planning and customer service relocated to Oradea<\/li>\n<li>Cooperation with a specialized Spanish R&amp;D center to update the technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, during 2022, we will acquire new\u00a0lathes\u00a0and machining centers with greater precision and versatility, aimed at specific customers. Likewise, we will double the area dedicated to machining with a newly built pavilion of 3,000 m2 and we will look for new land for the expansion of business to other technologies. Durante el primer semestre de 2021 se realiz\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n y diagn\u00f3stico que llev\u00f3 a lanzar un ambicioso plan de transformaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de convertirnos en una empresa orientada al cliente y duplicar la capacidad instalada:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Objetivo alcanzar un OEE 70% (actual 58%)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Actualizaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n de casi todas las instalaciones existentes<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Nuevo edificio (2.800 m<sup>2<\/sup>) para separar el \u00e1rea de fundici\u00f3n de la de mecanizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Incrementar el n\u00famero de celdas de inyecci\u00f3n hasta 22, actualmente tenemos 13.\u00a0Nuevo horno fusor.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Refuerzo del equipo de gesti\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnico con la incorporaci\u00f3n de 6 nuevas personas de Rumania y otras 6 de Espa\u00f1a, m\u00e1s el conocimiento del equipo hist\u00f3rico.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Planificaci\u00f3n maestra y servicio al cliente reubicados en Oradea<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Cooperaci\u00f3n con un centro espa\u00f1ol de I+D especializado para actualizar la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAdicionalmente, durante 2022 adquiriremos nuevos tornos y centros de mecanizado de mayor precisi\u00f3n y versatilidad orientados a clientes espec\u00edficos. As\u00ed mismo, duplicaremos el \u00e1rea dedicada a la mecanizaci\u00f3n con un pabell\u00f3n de nueva construcci\u00f3n de 3.000 m<sup>2<\/sup> y buscaremos nuevo suelo para la expansi\u00f3n de negocio a otras tecnolog\u00edas. Durante 2023 est\u00e1 previsto una l\u00ednea de pintura, otra de limpieza y otra de inyecci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1stico. Todo esto har\u00e1 que NBI industrial Oradea se convierta en un Hub Industrial en los pr\u00f3ximos 3 a\u00f1os.
