Established in 1968, the enterprise is currently a member of the HEGAN cluster (a private nonprofit association which gathers the aeronautic and spatial sectors of the Basque Country).<\/p>\n<p>Since 2012, it has the EN 9100 certification (Quality Management System- which involve requirements for organizations related to the aviation, spatial and defense systems sectors).<br \/>\nIn this purchase, NBI has chiefly valued the sector in which it operates, the management team, its recent performance and its current business plan.<\/p>\n<p>The main objectives of the Group by carrying out this operation are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The entrance of NBI in the aeronautical sector. The presence in such sector is considered strategic due to its high added-value.
